What is a “Smoked Delicatessen” As opposed to most delicatessens that get their meat in and will either slice it cold or warm it and slice it, we take a totally different approach to bring you the best sandwich possible. All of our meats are smoked slow to perfection by our pitmaster. Hailing from Texas, smoking meats is what we know. From there, we will slice or carve the meat when you order your sandwich - making it truly as fresh as it could possibly be. We started during the pandemic. Wanted to have a meaningful change in our lives. We serve Nathan's all beef hotdogs, hamburgers, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, biscuits and gravy, and family recipe sausages that are locally sourced. We believe that having high quality ingredients is what our clients want and deserve. Locally owned and Family operated. From the little one all the way up, everyone pitches in.
