At Gold Hill Mesa, we believe in fully enjoying the gift of each moment. Maybe you wish to take in spectacular views in every direction, or make time to read a book on your front porch; perhaps you wish to bookend your day with a hike in the foothills of Pikes Peak at sunrise, and meet friends in the Gold Hill Mesa Community Center for appetizers and an art opening at sunset.
Whether you are seeking solitude or socializing, you can find more time for whatever you enjoy at Gold Hill Mesa. Creating a sense of place and a chance to savor more free time is integral to our design.

real estate brokerage focused on the artistry of living.
We believe in connection first;
every home has a soul-filled story to tell.
Our purpose is to bring this story to light by discovering the artistic sizzle, the iconic value, the extraordinary architecture, or simply the narrative of a beautiful life lived in each property.

From its studios located in Colorado Springs, Jazz 93.5 FM is operated by the same trusted organization that brings you the quality music you have loved for years on its sister-station, Classical KCME. We are listener-supported, which means that operating revenues are derived from community-minded businesses and organizations in our area, local and national grants, and membership drives, which provide the lion’s share of support for the station. As independent radio station operators, we are proud to serve listeners in Colorado Springs and welcome your moral and financial support.
